Admin Panel

• Added functionality to restrict IP blocking to admins. Moderators can still view but not add IP blocks.

• Added encoding logic to ensure copied links are properly formatted and do not include unescaped spaces.

• Addressed issue where setting model thresholds displayed incorrect values due to rounding and save inconsistencies.

• Resolved issue where ad rendered twice in articles due to dual TMS add-ons and lazy loading conflict.

Social

• Updated frontend to send all article:tag tags in async requests to match Extractify behavior.

• Resolved issue where the topic tracker was absent or errored depending on launcher version.
