What's new in January: Key product updates, and improvements.

Enhancements

Admin Panel

• Admin panel resilience improvements following the Dec 2 incident: As part of the post-incident review, we identified that the Admin Panel was unnecessarily impacted by a gateway outage. We adjusted the traffic flow so admin/moderator activity is no longer dependent on public traffic paths, helping ensure the Admin Panel remains available even when other parts of the system experience issues.

Safety

• Renamed “AI Moderation Assist” to “AIDA – AI Moderation Assistant,” refreshed descriptive text and confirmation modal, and updated the Learn More link to point to the AIDA blog post.

Identity

• Expanded adoption of the new Identity system to more partners, enabling improved infrastructure benefits.

Bug Fixes

Admin Panel

• Resolved an issue where refreshing different settings tabs triggered 403 errors on endpoints like whitelisted-urls, sso/token-status, and authorized-domains.
